Reinventing Education Change Toolkit

The Reinventing Education Change Toolkit represents the next phase in the evolution of IBM's Reinventing Education grant program.

Working with a team of education supporters, IBM has developed an online tool to support educators who are helping manage change in their organizations or schools.

IBM developed a series of interactive features to make it easier to find this content, to collaborate with team members, and to get dynamic feedback from the Change Toolkit Website. The site contains more than 150 tools on topics ranging from creating a project vision, leadership effectiveness, getting buy-in for a project, and "mastering the difficult middles."

The Reinventing Education Change Toolkit is based on the work of Harvard Professor Rosabeth Moss Kanter, in partnership with Goodmeasure, Inc., IBM's Reinventing Education project, the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO), National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP), and National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP).

The free Change Toolkit is available at: http://www.reinventingeducation.org/RE3Web/.
